Below are highlights of the day.  We are adding to the list daily and will have a schedule with times for each activity and performance soon.  Check back for updated program info.

Live Entertainment/Shows

·      Live Bands All Day (including David Easton Band)

·      Kid Power and the Planet Protectors - interactive, musical show to help children (K-6) learn the value of environmental awareness and preservation

Live Animals of the Rain Forest -Rizzo’s Wildlife 

·      Recycling Puppet Show

·      Bike Rodeo and BMX Ramp Trick Shows with Grove Street BMX Team and guests

Vendors/Businesses

·      Over 80 eco-vendors, environmental organizations, health and fitness reps, organic and local food providers, farmers and more

Demonstrations

·      Backyard Composting with Virginia Lamb

·      Local Foods Cooking with Chef Randy Rabney, Owner Conscious Plate 

·      Performances/Interactive Demonstrations with Alistair Williams of Dance Yourself Skinny 

·      Interactive Dance Fitness with Gauda Bas and Bethany Pettigrew of step2gether 

Activities

·      Climb the 40-Foot Rock Wall

·      Eco-Bike Tour: visit local examples of solar, rainwater retention, native plantings, xeriscaping, composting, more

·      Free Shred-A-Thon: Shred old taxes or any other paperwork in the environmentally friendly truck! From 11 am to 3:00 pm or until we reach 10,000 lbs.  For guidelines on what to keep and what to shred, click here.  

·      Face Painting

·      Kid/Youth Hair Styling by Parteaz 

·      Arts and Crafts

·      Clean Power Games

·      Lunch Pack-It-Right
